What does a call out actually cost?
Nothing. The fee is $0, your plumber inspects the job properly, and you receive a fixed written price before any work begins, so you only ever pay for work you have approved in writing.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or public holidays?
No. Jobs are priced the same way no matter when we attend, because overtime rates simply do not exist here, so the figure on the written quote is the figure on the invoice.

How quickly can you reach a plumbing emergency?
